We have Choice home insurance. We had some problems with both bath toilets. Choice had their service man, Javier Martinez assigned to our request.
Mr. Martinez set up an appointment and followed through. He and his assistant showed up on time and assessed the problem and had the job done much to our satisfaction. He followed up a few days later to see if all was well. Our experience was most appreciated as not only was the problem resolved but the follow-up was most appreciated.
