I had some internal toilet components, a shower cartridge, handle, and shower drain that all needed to be replaced. They came out and did a great job, friendly service and decided to work with me after 2-10 home warranty decided not to cover the work.

Javier was fantastic! My tenant had reached out to me to let me know there was plumbing or drainage problems in the home. After calling around to a few places all afternoon, my brother in law recommended Javier and when I spoke to him, he was courteous, professional and ready to help out. I was able to get him booked for the following day, he even called me the morning of to see if I wanted him to go earlier after he had an opening available. He communicated with me after his inspection, explained to me next steps, answered my questions and that same day, he got the problem fixed. We have Choice home insurance. We had some problems with both bath toilets. Choice had their service man, Javier Martinez assigned to our request.
Mr. Martinez set up an appointment and followed through. He and his assistant showed up on time and assessed the problem and had the job done much to our satisfaction. He followed up a few days later to see if all was well. Our experience was most appreciated as not only was the problem resolved but the follow-up was most appreciated.
